In home care for your rabbits or cats

I offer full-time, in home care for your rabbits or cats, here in my SW Calgary home. With years of experience with both species, you can rest assured your furry friend is well taken care of while you are away.

Boarding for other small pets can also be accommodated, please ask!

Free-roaming

Pets have access to a full basement area throughout the day. That means floor time, exploration, play, and lots of cuddles!

Dietary accomodations

If your pet has specific dietary needs or a health routine, bring the instructions; they'll be followed the same way you'd do it.

I have experience with administering medication for both cats and rabbits, with lots of care taken to be gentle and patient.

Rabbit Pet Boarding

I can board one or two rabbits at a time.
Non-bonded rabbits will not interact.
If I am boarding rabbits, there will be no cats or other animals in the house.
Your rabbit(s) will have at least one whole bunny-proofed room to roam in while staying with me. Bringing an enclosure is recommended for their comfort, but please don't keep your bunnies in a small cage!
Owner is responsible for bringing bunny's food, treats, toys, and litter box and any hiding or play structures.
Rabbits need hay-first diets, correct pellet portions, and careful attention to GI health, all of which I am experienced in.
Fresh greens will be provided daily and are included in the boarding fee.
Medication administration (oral or topical) is part of the routine if needed.
Bunny will get lots of attention and play, unless of course they are more of the shy type!
Your rabbit will not go outside during their stay.
You will get photo and text updates regularly!

Cat Pet Boarding

I can board one or two cats at a time (from one household).
Your cat(s) will stay in one room to acclimate, then other rooms on the one floor can be explored once they are settled.
Owner is responsible for bringing cat's food, treats, toys, and litter box.
You may also bring a cat tree, beds, blankets, scratching posts or other structures that remind them of home and make them more comfortable.
Medication administration (oral or topical) is part of the routine if needed.
Kitty will get lots of attention and play, unless of course they are more of the shy type!
You will get photo and text updates regularly!
